HOLY UNIONS &
COMMITMENT CELEBRATIONS
With a ministry that focuses on being inclusive, I believe that there should be no limit or boundaries placed on love. As well as solemnizing marriages (which require a valid license), I am also happy to officiate and celebrate your Holy Union or & Commitment Ceremony (for same sex couples).
My vision is to work with you in making this one of the happiest, most memorable days of your lives; so, I offer your choice of packages that include preplanned ceremonies OR a ceremony that can be individualized to express your unique relationship & love
Simple, but Special Package - $50.00*
This is a ceremony for a small celebration with a maximum of 25 people attending (including those you might want to have stand with you). It may take place at a location of your choice and is a good choice for a smaller ceremony that will not require a rehearsal. (You may provide some background music)
Your ceremony will have been prepared in advance and will be adapted to your choice of celebration. You may choose to have a Holy Union (More Religious or Spiritual in nature) or Commitment Celebration (a Secular Ceremony). It may include an exchange of "symbols" of your choosing, as an expression of your love and commitment.
A personal meeting is not included in this package; however, you will receive email support. Please email me with any questions.
Sweet & Serene - $75.00*
This package is for any size celebration, with any number of people standing with you, at the location of your choice.
This package includes an in-person meeting with me in order to go over your ceremony. Working with the ceremony that has been prepared in advance (for either Holy Union or Commitment Celebration), you will have the opportunity to make changes that will make it uniquely yours.
You may include 1 or 2 readings that are a reflection of your love and/or commitment. I can either furnish you a few selections to choose from or you may provide your own.
You will also have the opportunity to exchange symbols of your love and commitment.
Additionally, (as an option) you may choose to light candles* as a symbol of joining your hearts in commitment. (You can even invite your parents or children to join you in that)
You are welcome to combine music/songs (2 or 3 selections) with this ceremony.
This package is perfect for a celebration that does not require a rehearsal.
The Rainbow Package $125.00*
This package is for any size celebration at the location of your choice. You may also have any number of people standing with you and make the occasion as simple or elaborate as you desire.
It includes EVERYTHING in the Sweet & Serene Package as well as an ADDITIONAL in-person meeting, if you feel it's needed; and, a DETAILED REHEARSAL (please allow 60-90 minutes), if needed
This package includes an optional Rainbow Sand Ceremony* You will have the choice of two styles of wording to choose from.
(If you have a Wedding Coordinator or someone else that is going to run the rehearsal I will be in attendance and give input, as needed).
* Other Important Information
The fees quoted are for locations within 30 minutes of my home address (as per Mapquest).
The "Simple, but Special" Package must be paid in full when the date is reserved (non-refundable)
The "Sweet & Serene Package" & "The Rainbow Package"require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) when reserved, with a balance due 30 days prior of the Wedding. You will receive a copy of the e-Book when your deposit has been paid.
Any items needed for the ceremony (or ceremony within a ceremony) such as flowers, music, candles, sand, etc... will be furnished by you.
All ceremonies and celebrations booked 30 days or less in advance will require payment in full, at the time of reserving the date.
Holidays and Holiday Weekends, please add $50.00 to the package rate that's been quoted.
PLEASE NOTE ~ In all cases, if you feel you would benefit from pre-celebration Pastoral Counseling, I am available, in person or via email on a love offering basis.
